Manage day to day activities of the studio which includes studio maintenance, sales reporting, inventory and supply ordering, customer service, customer retention, appointment scheduling, sales, and coordinating staff concerns and general communication with Regional Management. Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of a retail store. Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Ensures all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability. Forecasts staffing needs and develops a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas. Provide outstanding customer service and provide a clean, safe and customer friendly environment. Assist in acquiring new customers, retain existing customers, and up sell and cross sell customers additional products and services. Assist staff with sales and procedures. The position includes, but is not limited to, activities such as, answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting customers, assisting in sales, up selling/cross selling, calling recent customers for follow up and reselling, stock merchandise products, and operate the POS register. Required Skills Sets: Position requires strong interpersonal skills, by being positive, pleasant, respectful and customer-focused. Excellent reading, writing and verbal communication skills required. Applicant must be friendly and out going as well as reliable and prompt. Application must have a working knowledge of computer technical skills and practical math skills with work experience in Windows 98 and XP, Office, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and Firefox, and Outlook. Benefits: Paid dental and $50 toward corporate sponsored Medical Savings Account/Insurance plan. Up to 2 pre-approved college or extended education courses related to position. Hours: Mon-Sat 9:30 AM - 9:30 PM and Sun 10:30/11:30 AM - 6:30 PM Salary: $20,500 to $28,500 depending on experience.
